Returns policy

Choose peace of mind. You have 90 days after the shipping date to return your new awning, shade or accessory.


Your awning must be new and in its original packaging. Please make sure the end caps are held by their original screws and put them back in place if removed. Your product must be returned to us in a packaging that is in good condition with all brackets, hardware and accessories.

The product must be in its original state and not have been submitted to extreme conditions.

How to Return:

Contact us by email at [email protected], send us pictures of the state of packaging and we will send you an authorization with your return number. We will also schedule the freight company for the return pick-up.

When we receive your product, we will inspect it and we will reimburse you within 10 business days, using the payment method that was used for the purchase if the product is in excellent condition.

This policy only applies to new items bought on ; there will be no returns on clearance items or other types of orders.
